This step-by-step guide will help you use Shadeo confidently to anonymize your Solana-based assets. Whether you're a first-time user or a seasoned crypto veteran, follow these instructions to protect your privacy.

Prerequisites

Before you start:

• A Solana-compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Backpack)

• Some SOL for gas fees

• A clean (unused) withdrawal wallet for better privacy

• Optionally, a VPN or Tor browser for enhanced anonymity

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

• Go to https://shadeo.xyz

• Click "Connect Wallet" in the top-right corner

• Select your preferred wallet (e.g., Phantom)

• Approve the connection in your wallet

Shadeo will never ask for your seed phrase. Always connect using the wallet's secure authorization window.

Step 2: Choose a Token and Amount

• Currently, only SOL is supported

• Enter the amount you wish to anonymize (within the min/max limits)

• Review the fee estimate and processing speed

Tip: Consider smaller amounts and avoid round numbers to enhance unlinkability.

Step 3: Configure Privacy Settings

• Use a fresh wallet address for withdrawals to break address linkability

• Optional: Split into multiple outputs for enhanced privacy

Step 4: Wait

• Your mix enters a pending state

• You can close the tab or turn off your device

• The mix finalizes in ~400ms or as configured

Step 5: Withdraw Funds

• Funds are auto-sent to your withdrawal wallet

• Do not reuse withdrawal wallets

• Avoid linking mixed funds back to wallets with known identity or history

Optional Tips

• Use Shadeo from a private browsing session

• Use a burner wallet funded via a non-KYC exchange or DEX for max privacy

• Vary your mixing amounts and timing to reduce pattern detection

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Can't connect wallet	Refresh the page or switch browsers
Withdrawal not received	Wait ~400ms; if delayed, check wallet logs
Transaction failed	Ensure you have enough SOL for gas
